Are you a qualified Yoga Teacher and want to EXPAND your skillset to teach YIN YOGA?

Hi I'm Alex Mackenzie, creator of this course.

Yin Yoga invites students to slow down, reconnect, and experience profound physical and emotional release. And it is becoming very popular very quickly with online searches for local classes and videos increasing substantially in the last decade.

This style of Yoga is becoming so popular because people are WAKING UP to call that they need to slow down and reset their nervous system. Our world offers constant movement and stimulus. Yin offers the opposite.

Have you noticed this happening around you more? People searching for alternative wellness answers to recover and reset?

You could be at the forefront of this change we are beginning to see if you become a SPECIALIST in Yin Yoga.

This is a 50-hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training accredited by Yoga Alliance.

The training combines the flexibility of self-paced online learning, with an immersive in-person weekend in Beautiful Bath on 22-23 August at YogaKave.

*ENTRY CLOSES 31st July*. This is to allow for home study to be complete before the training weekend on the 22nd/23rd August.

You'll gain the confidence, knowledge and certifications to begin teaching Yin Yoga safely and authentically. Whether you're a newly qualified or an experienced Yoga Teacher, this training will give you the practical skills to enrich every class you teach.

Check out the studio we will be learning in, YogaKave.

Beautiful isn't it?! The studio has fully equipped changing rooms and showers and is surrounded by coffees shops and restaurants, making this immersive weekend very special.

During the training weekend we will learn all of the key foundational Yin Postures, how to use Yin specific props and how to deliver an exceptional class with intelligent sequencing to our students. This part of the course is very hands on and interactive.

But it is only part of the course. We have also developed an online portal with all the study materials to help you truly understand the philosophy and principles of Yin Yoga, Functional anatomy and skeletal variation, Fascia and connective tissue, The nervous system and relaxation response and Traditional Chinese Medicine foundations and meridian theory.

If you are a newly qualified teacher who thinks its a good idea to specialise in one rapidly growing style of Yoga or perhaps you are an experienced Yoga Teacher wanting to expand your offering allowing for even more opportunities, then I want to invite you onto this course and come Learn Yin Yoga with me.
