SELF PROMOTION

BUSINESS MODULE: PRACTICAL GUIDE

“Before we begin this module, I want to name something clearly.

If you are sharing yoga with others, you are already in relationship with business.

Money, visibility, communication, boundaries, and professionalism are not separate from yoga.
They are how your teaching actually reaches human beings.

This module is not about becoming a strict brand.
It’s about building a clear, ethical container that allows your work to be sustainable.

As you watch, notice any reactions that arise around self-promotion, pricing, or being seen.

Those responses are just as important as the information.

This is not a theory module.
It’s a practical one.

So watch this with a notebook nearby.
Pause when needed.
Write things down.
Let yourself think in real terms about what you want to build, who you want to serve, and what kind of working life actually supports your nervous system.

After the video, you’ll complete an assignment that turns this information into a simple business foundation: your message, your structure, and your next concrete steps.

You do not need a perfect plan.
You need a clear starting point.

So approach this as an act of service, not self-promotion.

As care, not pressure.

And when you’re ready… let’s begin.
