2. List roles and qualities that you think make a good Yoga Teacher, what experiences have you had good or bad and how do you think this will influence you as a teacher? (use pages 8-13 to help you)

3. Familiarise yourself with pages 14-15 of the manual

4. List 4 main Yoga disciplines and give a brief explanation (pages 20-23)

5. Spend some time reading about the History of Yoga, and create a timeline for it.

6. What are the 8 Limbs of Yoga and give a brief description on each (pages 36-43)
