Who is this Course for?
This training is for you if you LOVE YOGA and feel called to go deeper, personally or with the ambition to teach to others.
Who is your Course Tutor?
Your course tutor will be Alex Mackenzie. Alex is the owner of YogaKave (one of the largest Yoga Studios in the country outside of London. She is also the Yoga Teacher to Bath Rugby.
What is the Certification?
This 200-hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training Course is accredited by Yoga Alliance, the world’s leading yoga accreditation body.
With this certification, you’ll be qualified to teach anywhere in the world.
Where is the Course Location?
The course takes place at the beautiful YogaKave in Bath. This studio includes 2 practice rooms, changing rooms, toilets, rain-forest showers and is surrounded by coffee shops and restaurants at Shires Yard.
What are the Course Dates?
The back bone of our course are the in-studio practical training days, designed to teach you the technical side improving your own practice, coaching postures (asana) and sequencing classes. The in-studio practical training days are on:
- Saturday 5th Sep 1pm-5pm
- Sunday 6th Sep 9am-5pm
- Saturday 19th Sep 1pm-5pm
- Sunday 20th Sep 9am-5pm
- Saturday 3rd Oct 1pm-5pm
- Sunday 4th Oct 9am-5pm
- Saturday 17th Oct 1pm-5pm
- Sunday 18th Oct 9am-5pm
- Saturday 31st Oct 1pm-5pm
- Sunday 1st Nov 9am-5pm
- Saturday 14th Nov 1pm-5pm
- Sunday 15th Nov 9am-5pm
Whilst we encourage our students to attend as many of these as possible. certainly more than 80%. We understand that the odd day may be missed due to other commitments.
You will also have home study to do in between your course dates, covering a range of topics such as history, philosophy, anatomy, basic sanskrit language and self promotion.
